  10. This error occurs only if NETBIOS has been loaded.

  12. If too many Network Control Blocks (NCBs) are queued, then the

  14. above will be generated.  Any combination of 7 or more of the
  15. following Network
  16. Control Blocks (NCBs) will cause the error:

  20. 3.Send Message
  21. 4.Receive Message
